We are seeking a proven sales leader to join our team as the Sales Manager in order to grow revenue, our market presence and the success of the team. This hands-on position has high visibility across the organization, and provides a great opportunity to develop a winning sales strategy and sales force in a fast growing marketplace.


  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals

  • Hiring and efficiently onboarding new sales reps while managing existing team

  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute demand generation programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Manage overall sales process, and set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management
  • Build, inspire, mentor, and coach a high-performance sales organization Education and Qualifications
  • BS degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years demonstrated success in a sales management position directly leading sales teams (including inside sales) that sell software-based B2B solutions
  • 8+ years demonstrated success in selling software-based B2B solutions, specifically targeting new accounts
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
